Preparation

·         Heat a small pan over medium heat and toast celery seeds. Stir constantly up to 1 to 2 minutes.

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients, excluding liquid ones in a heatproof jar. Then add the fresh lime juice over the mixture.

·         Combine vinegar, kosher salt, sugar and 3/4th cup water in a small, but a heavy saucepan. Stir the mixture very well to dissolve sugar and salt and bring the saucepan to heat over a medium heat. Pour the boiling liquid over the jar full of mixture.

·         Seal the jar tightly. The pickled corn can be kept up to one month unopened.

·         1 peeled, sliced apple
