Serves: 4 People

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups of diced and cooked smoked turkey breast.
  2. 15.5 ounces of rinsed and drained black beans.
  3. 1 cup of cherry tomatoes cut into two halves.
  4. 1 ½ cups of fresh corn kernels.
  5. 1 cup of diced bell peppers of any color.
  6. ½ cup of finely chopped red onion.
  7. 3 cups of arugula.
Dressing Preparation:

Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, cherry balsamic vinegar and finely chopped garlic and add to it half cup of tomato juice and 2 tablespoon of lemon juice. Then put half cup chopped fresh mint leaves into the dressing and whisk it well. 

Recipe Preparation:

Combine turkey, beans, corn, tomatoes, bell peppers and onion in a big bowl and toss it well after seasoning with salt, pepper and then add the dressing. Your salad is now ready to serve. 

Serve the healthy salad in 4 plates and top it with arugula.

How to Prepare Sashimi Salmon with Extra-virgin Olive Oil

According to Wikipedia, Sashimi is a Japanese food. It is their first course in a formal Japanese meal. However, sashimi salmon is not eaten in Japan only; people around the world love this food as well.

As we enter mid-January, chances are that you can find Salmon fish during this times than in the other months since it is the time when salmon fish are found more. Certainly to say, sashimi salmon is relatively light food, and is pretty healthy for health.

In this article, we are going to learn, how we will prepare new-style sashimi salmon with extra-virgin olive oil. If you really love sashimi salmon, then simply follow the guidelines from below –
Extra-virgin Olive Oil
Preparation guidelines –
Ingredients required:
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Regular sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 spoon finely cut ginger
Procedure:
  • First off, wrap each salmon fillet in plastic film and place it on the work surface.
  • Now with the help of a mallet, pound the fish gently to about 1/6-inch thickness.
  • Once you are done, now unwrap the salmon and move each flattened fillet to the serving plate.
  • And then season the fish lightly with regular sea salt and coarsely ground black pepper and sprinkle with some chives.
  • Now, in a small skillet, boil the extra-virgin olive oil and mix in the finely cut fresh ginger.
  • After that remove the skillet from the stove and drizzle a bit of the oil over one side of the salmon fish (Make sure the fish should sizzle when the oil hits it otherwise place the skillet back to the stove) and reheat the oil again.
  • After that, at the end, drizzle one spoon of the hot oil over each side of the salmon fish before you serve to the plate! That is it! Your Sashimi Salmon is now ready!
