·         4 teaspoons finely chopped pecans
·         1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise

·         ½ lemon juice
·         1 tablespoon non-fat plain yogurt
·         1 tablespoon Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar
·         ½ green apple, peeled and finely chopped
·         2 tablespoons dried cranberries
·         1 cup finely shredded red cabbage

Preparation

·         Heat a small pan over medium heat and toast celery seeds. Stir constantly up to 1 to 2 minutes.
·         Mix honey, lemon juice, yogurt, Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar and mayonnaise in a bowl. Then season the mixture with salt and pepper.

·         Add toasted celery seed and the cabbage, apple and cranberries. Mix all the ingredients very well. Now, your salad is ready to eat.

Essential Ingredients

·         2 small dried chilies (As per your requirement)
·         ¼ thinly sliced medium red onion
·         2 cups corn kernels
·         ¼ cup fresh lime juice
·         1 seeded, thinly-sliced fresh jalapeno chile
·         ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
·         ½ cup Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar
·         ¼ cup lime juice
·         1 teaspoon sugar
·         2 teaspoon kosher salt
·         ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients, excluding liquid ones in a heatproof jar. Then add the fresh lime juice over the mixture.

·         Combine vinegar, kosher salt, sugar and 3/4th cup water in a small, but a heavy saucepan. Stir the mixture very well to dissolve sugar and salt and bring the saucepan to heat over a medium heat. Pour the boiling liquid over the jar full of mixture.

·         Seal the jar tightly. The pickled corn can be kept up to one month unopened.

Mixed Greens with Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar

·         1 bag of mixed greens or any other lettuce type

·         12-15 grape tomatoes

·         1 peeled, sliced apple

·         1 handful chopped walnuts

·         Sea salt and pepper to taste

·         ¼ cup Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar

·         1 tablespoon garlic olive oil

·         1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

·         1 sliced cucumber

Preparation

·         Combine cucumbers and greens in a bowl. Coat all the greens with tomatoes, apple and walnut slices.

·         In a large salad bowl, mix red apple balsamic vinegar and mustard. Then, whisk olive oil into the mixture.

·         Add all the dressings into the salad and mix gently. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper to taste. The salad is ready to serve.
